NexoraGPU
Enterprise-grade DDR4 and DDR5 memory modules designed for high-availability workloads and Warsaw-based hyperscale infrastructures.
Over the past five years, Poland—particularly Warsaw, Kraków, and the Silesia metropolitan area—has established itself as the digital gateway to Eastern Europe. Tech giants like Google and Microsoft have deployed multi-billion-dollar cloud regions in Warsaw, driving massive demand for enterprise server architectures. As cloud workloads scale, the physical bottlenecks of memory capacity, thermal emission, and power consumption become critical factors for local operators.
Polish data centers face unique challenges. High local energy tariffs require memory sub-systems that optimize performance-per-watt metrics. Upgrading memory pools in hyperscale regions from traditional legacy systems to DDR5 and high-density DDR4 modules represents one of the most effective paths to lowering Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) ratios while maintaining compute throughput.
A comprehensive structural overview comparing performance metrics, bandwidth capabilities, and physical architecture in modern virtualization environments.
DDR5 introduces On-Die Error-Correcting Code directly within the DRAM package, mitigating read/write single-bit failures before sending data packets to the CPU. This layer, paired with traditional side-band ECC, guarantees superior data reliability for Polish financial infrastructures.
Unlike DDR4 which relies on motherboard voltage regulation, DDR5 shifts power control directly onto the memory module itself via PMICs. This provides highly stable 1.1V operation, decreasing transient current fluctuations and lowering data center power costs.
DDR5 RDIMM features two independent 32-bit subchannels (plus 8 bits for ECC) on a single physical module. This effectively doubles access concurrency for database engines handling large volumes of concurrent client threads across regional Polish networks.
| Technical Parameter | Enterprise DDR4 Memory (3200MHz) | Enterprise DDR5 Memory (6400MHz) | Operational Value for Polish Data Centers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operating Voltage | 1.2V | 1.1V | Direct power reduction, leading to lower HVAC load. |
| Channel Design | Single 64-bit + 8-bit ECC | Dual 32-bit + 8-bit ECC per channel | Higher efficiency in data transfer pipelines. |
| Burst Length | BL8 | BL16 | Provides quicker cache line access times. |
| On-Die Reliability | Not Available | Integrated On-Die ECC | Extends memory lifetime and reduces physical hardware swap operations. |

Founded in 2017, Nexora Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (operating under the global enterprise brand NexoraGPU) is a specialized manufacturer and systems developer focusing on GPU server units, artificial intelligence computing infrastructure, storage nodes, and custom DRAM modules.
With our precision production facility and a robust network of more than 1,250 supply chain partners, we deliver custom-engineered components designed for stability, thermal performance, and deep motherboard-level compatibility.
Backed by 9 years of industry experience and 6 years of export expertise, we generate an annual export revenue exceeding US$18 million. We support cloud providers, government research facilities, and hardware integrators throughout Poland and the wider European Union.
Every single RAM module and server cluster node deployed to our Warsaw client partners undergoes rigorous validation. Our quality control workflow spans from raw DRAM IC screening to extreme temperature testing.

Advanced 2U architectures, high-performance NVMe storage systems, and specialized nodes engineered to optimize memory utilization for corporate setups in Katowice, Gdańsk, and beyond.
Importing enterprise-grade computing components into Poland requires strict adherence to European standards. As an established global exporter, Nexora ensures that all shipped materials are fully compliant with RoHS, CE regulations, and the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. Our streamlined logistics minimize delivery and customs delays at European borders.
We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) logistics options to major Polish logistics hubs like Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Wrocław. This allows system integrators to focus on deployment and configuration while we manage the complexities of import customs clearances, EORI validations, and intra-community tax reporting.
